Specialty Fitness Class Pricing & Descriptions
Chic Physique offers a number of specialty fitness classes. Our classes are designed to challenge beginners and advanced students alike. Classes generally have no pre-requisites, and are an excellent way to explore new fitness options, and mix up your workout routine. These classes vary from month to month as to when they are on the schedule. If there is a class you are interested in, please let us know and we will do our best to get it on the schedule.

Body Blast is a strength-focused class, which is based on reps, tempo and form. Body Blast engages all your muscles with this non-stop TRX workout. Build overall strength, balance and flexibility with this total-body program. All levels welcome.
TRX® Circuit Training – $25
Circuit Training is the most popular TRX class, challenging users with a fast-paced workout that combines TRX strength exercises with cardio drills. Timed sets will keep your heart rate pumping as you power through the reps at your own pace. All levels welcome.
ARMbelievable!
Want strong and fit arms to be envied by all? Then the ARMbelievable class is for you! This class will focus on sculpting and toning your arms to get you looking great. Come and do arm workouts that will target numerous muscles that will build and add to your desired upper-body strength, making your workouts enjoyable and leaving you feeling and looking ARMbelievable!
Lovely and Luscious Legs
This class will get your body ready to be admired by all! Our Lovely and Luscious Legs class will tone and strengthen your lower body, targeting your leg muscles. Come and get your legs in shape, while having a great time doing it. This class will make you feel more confident so you can step out into the world with style!
Chairlicious
Chairlicious – Chairlicious is a 1 hour cardio chair dance class that will make you feel like you’re in an MTV video! Includes a warm up, strengthening section, and dance routine. Overall workout targets core, abs and arms. Enjoy learning a choreographed routine to a popular song – with your chair!
Cardio & Core
Looking to get fabulous abs FAST?? Cardio & Core class will help tone your abs while burning fat! We will use all muscle groups to raise your heart rate and define those sexy abs! Ladies, be ready to work hard and sweat!!
Total Control Program
The 7 week Total Control™ Program can empower women to regain confidence and enjoy a higher quality of life. Appropriate for women of all ages, life stages and fitness levels, the program combines key stability and mobility exercises essential to pelvic health and fitness with an emphasis on working the Pelvic Pyramid (targeting the three major muscle groups – front, back, and floor) In the process, you will also gain valuable, practical knowledge about common dysfunctions and causes, various treatment options, and information on related topics including bathroom habits, nutrition, and sex.
T&A
T&A (Tush & Abs) – If time is of the essence, let’s crunch two classes into one! In our T&A class we target our ab muscles, core muscles, glutes, and thighs. We will help firm up your backside, flatten those abs, and strengthen and stabilize your core muscles. This 1 hour class works abs, back, butt, and everything in-between.
Sexy Flexi
Sexy Flexi – Our Sexy Flexi class, designed by our classically trained ballerina, combines floor-play and stretching work for an awesome flexibility workout. Our class starts out with stretching to warm up the joints, spine and muscles, and then works on lengthening and toning your muscles. Awesome class to improve your flexibility, strengthen your core, and relieve tension and stress.
Ooh La La Lap Dance
Ooh La La Lap Dance – Our hottest class yet! This 1 hour class will focus on sexy and playful moves from the floor to the chair (“lap”). Flexibility and strengthening will come into play in new and exciting ways (wink wink).
Hot Hips™
Hot Hips™ – When’s the last time you hula-hooped? Second grade? Get a full-body cardio workout while reliving this fun childhood activity! The class utilizes hula hoops and teaches you fun hoop tricks that help with your coordination and balance while providing a total body workout – especially your core! 1 hour of hoop fun!
ZUMBA – SPECIAL PRICE $10!
Zumba® fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you’ve got Zumba®!
