Pole Foundation Series:
Our Pole Foundation Series are 5 week series including our Beginner Pole Spins, Beginner Pole Boot Camp, Intermediate Pole Spins, Intermediate Pole Boot Camp, Beginner Pole Tricks and Intermediate Pole Tricks. These 5 week series are $150 and our class passes cannot be used for these series, however, if you have one of our All Inclusives or Pole Unlimited you will be able to register for a series.

Pole Tease Intro Class – Special Price $20
Pole Tease – Are you new to pole dance fitness and want to test the waters? Then this one-time introductory class is the class for you! Our instructors introduce you to the fun of pole dancing, teaching you basic walks, spins and floor moves. No prerequisite, just come prepared to have fun and get your confidence on! (Wear yoga or capri exercise pants)
BRAND NEW – Shoe Fetish I
Take those beginner spins and add a little extra sexy with dance inspired Shoe Fetish I. Bring out the sexy in you as you learn how to move gracefully in those 5 inch heels. This course combines spins, combos and floor work to create a sensually choreographed routine, all while wearing those fabulous shoes! Emphasis on building strength in your feet, ankles, calves and quads so that you”ll be able to move with the grace of a ballerina, the strength of a gymnast and the confidence of a model safely in high heels! Pole Rip ’n Fit
Pole Rip ’n Fit – Let us rip you into shape with our 1 hour body conditioning and strengthening class. In this class, we incorporate resistance bands with the poles for a total stretch and strength workout, targeting all of the major muscle groups of the body. The best thing about these body conditioning exercises is that they can be performed either with or without a pole. So being a pole dance fitness student is NOT required.
Pole Play Practice Room – Special Price $15
Pole Play is a designated pole practice room for students in all levels. This is NOT an instructional class. Instructor is available on request for spotting.
Spinderella
‘Round and ‘round we go! Want to take your spins to another level by adding the spinning pole to the mix? Well, Spinderella class is the one for you! Perfect all of your lower level spins and moves with the Spinderella class. Take all your moves, spins and transitions learned in your pole classes and give them a whirl on the spinning pole. It’s that little extra something that will make your pole moves irresistible!

Enter the world of pole and learn popular spins, while strengthening your basic pole moves. These classes are designed to introduce you to pole spins and focus on perfecting your spinning skills. You will be able to concentrate on specific upper body and core muscles to engage, all the while finding your inner confidence. You will also have the opportunity to improve and build up your flexibility. Floor work and transitions will be incorporated into each class, adding that extra flair to your spins. Your talent will shine through, leaving you feeling and looking great!
Pole Dance Combos Classes
Beginner – Prerequisite: completed Beginner Pole Spins Foundation Series I & II or consent through evaluation
Intermediate – Prerequisite: completed Beginner Pole Dance Combos and Intermediate Pole Spins Foundation Series or consent through evaluation
Advanced – Prerequisite: completed Intermediate Pole Tricks Foundation Series and Advanced Pole Spins or consent through evaluation
Get ready to amaze everyone when you combine various pole spins and tricks. These classes will allow you to use sexy skills from your Pole Dance Spins classes and Pole Tricks classes and incorporate it into your pole repertoire. In each class, you will become more aware of the endless combos that pole spins and tricks allow. In the meantime, you will not only be building your upper body strength, but your confidence as well. You will continue to expand on spins and tricks accomplished in previous and current classes, while noticing an improvement in your flexibility, upper body and core strength. You will see how everything comes together, taking your pole dancing to new heights!
Pole Dance Bootcamp Foundation Series/Classes

As you’re gaining strength and building muscle with all of your pole classes, Pole Boot Camp will show you the importance of the endurance and strength that it takes for pole dance fitness. After a high impact warm-up, you will be given a toning workout that conditions your muscles. Strengthening exercises for the core and abdominal muscles will be utilized. Different techniques will be taught throughout the beginner, intermediate and advanced classes to enhance what is being worked on. As your love for pole dancing grows, so will your skills.
Pole Tricks Foundation Series/Classes
Beginner I – Prerequisite: Beginner & Intermediate Pole Spins Foundations Series and Intermediate Pole Boot Camp Foundation Series MUST BE COMPLETED or consent through evaluation. NO EXCEPTIONS – MUST BE ABLE TO CORRECTLY PULL YOURSELF UP IN A TUCKED POSITION & HOLD WITHOUT HANGING FOR A MINIMUM OF 5 SECONDS!
Beginner II – Prerequisite: Beginner Pole Tricks Foundation Series I MUST BE COMPLETED or consent through evaluation
Intermediate – Prerequisite: Beginner Pole Tricks Foundation Series I & II MUST BE COMPLETED or consent through evaluation
Advanced – Prerequisite: Intermediate Pole Tricks Foundation Series MUST BE COMPLETED or consent through evaluation
Trick or treat? In this pole fitness class you will see that your new pole tricks can also be your treats. These classes focus on the fundamentals of inverting and correct shoulder, hand, and leg placement as you learn and execute various pole tricks. You will be able to use the pole and engage their upper body and core muscles to lift their bodies in the air. After learning a variety of pole moves from multiple positions, you are going to be amazed at what you can do. Come and learn the tricks of the trade!
Pole Dance/Choreography Classes

Want to learn how to choreograph your own routines? These classes will take what you have learned in your Pole Dance Fitness, Pole Dance Combo, and Pole Tricks and put them together with choreographed moves. You’ll be able to tie together spins, transitions and floor work to give you that extra confidence about your pole moves. Have fun practicing and perfecting with full-length routines that will be sure to get your sexy on!
Pole Masters Classes
Pole Masters I
Prerequisite: completed all advance classes or consent through evaluation
Now that you’ve completed all of the levels, here’s the time to use what you have learned and “master” some new skills. This class will focus on perfecting your technique, while you learn new combinations of advanced tricks, hand grips, and progressions. As a master student, you will be able to utilize their inverts, climbs, grips and spins in order to develop your talent on the pole. Bring your willingness to learn the latest tricks and show your love of pole dancing fitness!
Pole Masters II
Prerequisite: completed Masters I or consent through evaluation
This class literally takes it to another level! You will use what they have learned in Pole Masters I to improve and enhance those advanced moves and technique. This class is designed to teach additional advanced pole tricks, sustain strength, and add more fluidity to pole moves. Perfect those skills! Show us how exquisite you can be when you’re in control of your pole moves. It’s your time to shine!
